Sensible advice for full time RVing. This book is written primarily for those who are contemplating this lifestyle before retirement. I purchased it as a guide for the solo-ness aspect and found Becky's solid advice very helpful.
Becky does a superb job of guiding one through the decisions a person needs to make when taking on this lifestyle. If you are considering making this decision or are just curious about the book let me assure you it is money well spent.It's well written (which is a pet peeve of mine) no grammatical errors (which can be found into many books I am finding), and as I said she guides you intelligently through the process of making this lifestyle choice.
I'm looking to full-time RV by myself when I retire in a couple of years and this book was very helpful, as is the author's blog at [...] This guide is straightforward and covers a lot of topics that were on my mind as a woman hitting the open road alone.
I've read a lot of books about RVing and this is one of the best. It's packed full of information and it gets to the point. There's no rambling. Even though the title uses the word, "Solo," the information in this book applies equally well to non-solo RVers. I love it.
Did a good job explaining the process, not too long and good information especially for singles. I have to admit I am usually just a scanner when it comes to books, looking for the facts, the "meat", but I was reading every word because there was no "fluff".
I watched some of the authors videos on YouTube and fell in love with her lifestyle. This book has a gem on each page. I am so impressed with all the helpful information packed in here. My husband and I are considering trying to RV lifestyle in coming years. Whether you travel by trailer, RV or even tent, this book will be a big help to you.
