He emphasizes the need to asking good sales questions. He shares ideas on how to overcome objections and how to network.This is a generic book and it has tips related to different aspects of selling which will give you an overview of those skills and if you want to develop any particular skills in greater depth, you could benefit by getting books that relate specifically to those skills.

My one criticism would be that these rules tend to be repeated across the chapters. I like to highlight and take notes in books, therefore the duplication became quite frustrating. With that being said, depending on the reader this could be a good thing for reinforcement of the theory.It is certainly a book anyone can read, including an experienced sales person, as there are plenty of points to read and reflect on.
